The same email you used for your Teddy Blocks purchase. It is the one your order confirmation was sent to. Signing up with a different email will not find your rewards.
Do I have to sign up myself?
Yes. Your portal account is not created automatically. Go to the portal, choose sign up, and use your purchase email. You only do this once.
Do I need to sign up every time I want to use my rewards?

I signed up but I do not see any rewards
Nine times out of ten it is a different email. Check the email address on your order confirmation and sign in with exactly that one. Still stuck? Contact us and our team will sort it out.
